IMPORTANT:
- Each paper must have at least one (1) non-student registration for it to be presented at SEEDA-CECNSM 2023. As long as one of the authors of the paper registers as either an IEEE Member or a Full (Non-Member), then any student author(s) can register additionally at student pricing. However, if a student author is the sole SEEDA-CECNSM 2023 attendee for that paper, or if all the paper authors are students, then that student should register at Full (Non-Member) price.
- Authors with more than one paper, will be charged with one regular registration plus 150 € per additional paper.
- Papers longer than 6 pages will be charged by an extra publication fee of 80 € per page.
- Registration fees include one (1) copy of the SEEDA-CECNSM 2023 proceedings and cover admission to all conference sessions.
Registration Form
Authors should provide the numbers of papers for which they pay the registration fees and for each of these papers should declare which one of the paper’s authors is the corresponding one (in charge for the interaction with IEEE for the copyright, etc.). The following is an example of an author (Ted Markou) participating in 2 papers and making the registration for both:

The Registration Form should be filled and sent to EPY by email (epy AT epy DOT gr) no later than October 31st, 2023.

In order for the registration to be effective, participants have to deposit the registration fee to the Greek Computer Society (EPY), in the following account:

Bank expenses are responsibility of the authors.
In the place reserved in the deposit receipt for the “Reasoning of the Payment”, please complete your full name and the phrase “SEEDA 2023”. Replace the with the number provided in the subject of your acceptance letter.
For participants from Greece and EU only, in case an invoice is to be issued (apart from the Conference Receipt), please fill in and fax or email the Invoice Request Form which is supplied separately. Please note that registration prices do not include VAT 24%. Therefore, only for the case that an invoice is required, the payable amount corresponds to the aforementioned prices, plus 24% VAT.
Camera Ready papers
Submission of Camera Ready papers for inclusion in SEEDA2023 Proceedings will last until a few days after the Conference. Related details will be announced in due time.
